I am looking for someone to take over my cozy room in a beautiful, welcoming 3 BHK with shared bathroom (shared with one person), walking distance from Stratford and Bromley by Bow stations.
Its a furnished double room comfortable for one person. Given the room is small there is no space for a desk or extra furniture.
The flat is occupied by 2 Lovely young professional women - one in mental health and other in real estate and one dog(toy poodle).
We have been living together since a year in this property, looking for someone who will make this space own, while being respectful and friendly.
The room comes furnished with a negotiable charge for double bed , mattress, and tower fan.
Pudding mill dlr - 7 mins walk
Bromley by bow - 13 mins walk
Stratford station - 20 mins walk

All bills are split equally (around 150 pounds per month )and not included in the rent.
Deposit is 1115 pounds. Deposit and rent are non negotiable as they are directly paid to landlord.

Looking for someone who prefers to keep a clean space, socialise when needed while maintaining their personal space.
