I’m looking for a housemate for my fully furnished 2-bed house.

The house is perfectly located in Stratford:
- Only a 10-15 min walk from Stratford station with connections to the whole city and all airports. With the Elizabeth line, you can be in central in 15 minutes.
- 5 minutes from the house is a huge Morrisons supermarket, there is also a big Lidl, Sainsbury’s and M&S (all 10-20 mins walk).
- There is a gym (PureGym) only 10 minutes walk away.
- Westfield shopping centre is a 15 minute walk away.
- Stratford international train station is a 20-25 minute walk away (with 7 min trains directly to St Pancras).

👥What I’m looking for:
- I’m looking for someone quiet, tidy and calm :)
- Your partner is always more than welcome to stay around as long as the noise is kept to a minimum.

- Rent: £1025 (£2050 total)
- Gas: £24.23 (£48.46 total)

- WIFI: £13.50 (£27 total)

- Council tax: £86.50 (£173 total)

All the bills are fixed and we’ve negotiated the best rates for electrify, gas and WiFi :)

- The house has 2 living rooms (one with a sofa & dining room table: one which we use as a spare room which has a double futon sofa); a kitchen (with a washing machine); 1 bathroom and the two bedroom.
- There is also a small yard with a bench, table and plenty of space to dry laundry.
