Room available in 3 bed flatshare in Stratford

I have a room available in a modern apartment complex in Stratford. My current flatmate is moving back home, so we’re looking for someone new to take over his room.

There are currently two of us living here, both guys in our 20s and working professionals, so ideally we’re looking for someone around a similar age/lifestyle.

The flat is really conveniently located — around a 7-minute walk from Westfield and Stratford station. The building also has a well-equipped gym that’s free for residents, as well as bike storage and an underground car park. Parking spaces can be rented for around £100/month.

Council tax is Band D and bills aren’t included. It works out at roughly an additional £120 per month per person.

The tenancy is managed by an agency, so you’ll need to pass their referencing checks.

Room is available from 1st Sept
