Beautiful 2-Bed Flat in Stratford – Female Flatmate Wanted

I’m looking for a lovely female flatmate to share my home in Stratford. This is a fully furnished, cosy and homely two-bedroom apartment that I absolutely love, and I’m hoping to find someone who is looking for a home rather than just a short-term place to stay.

The flat is on the 4th floor and has a really spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, one bathroom and a lovely balcony that gets the sun throughout the day. It’s been decorated beautifully by the landlords, who actually used to live here themselves, and I have a great relationship with them.

* The photos are from the very first ad when I moved in. The second bedroom will have a bed frame & mattress & a chest of draws (not shown in the photos). You will also have a floor to ceiling three door wardrobe (behind the door) There is a space for a desk if you need to work from home too!

Location

The location is one of my favourite things about the flat. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Stratford station, with excellent transport links including the Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground and DLR lines, making it really easy to get around London.

You’re also very close to everything you could need:

A little about me

I’m an MRI radiographer working central. My job is currently shift work & my schedule can vary. I’m friendly, easy-going and fairly introverted, and I really enjoy having a calm and relaxed home.

Outside of work I love going for long walks with a coffee, running (although I’m currently trying to get back into it!), listening to music, shopping, painting and reading. I’m also a big fan of a good house plant, as you’ll probably notice!

I’d love to have a flatmate who I can occasionally watch TV with, go out for dinner or have a catch-up with, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing and having some downtime. I think the ideal flatshare is one where you can be sociable and friendly without feeling like you have to be “on” all the time.

Who I’m looking for

I’m looking for a female flatmate who is respectful, calm, laid-back and tidy, and who appreciates having a nice, peaceful home.

Someone who enjoys a bit of company but also values their own space would be ideal. I’m not looking for a party flat, but I’m definitely not opposed to the occasional dinner, drinks or cosy evening in!
