Looking for a comfortable home rather than just a room? A cosy, comfortable room has become available in our large, spacious terraced house in Stratford— ideal for a friendly, easy-going professional looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

The house is shared with a small group of youngish professionals who have happily lived here for several years. It’s a relaxed, sociable home, while still having plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their own time.

The house has:

* A large, well-equipped kitchen
* A separate dining room — great for meals or working from home
* A separate living room
* A private patio/garden area
* A bathroom/WC on the first floor
* An additional shower room/WC on the ground floor
* WiFi and all bills included
* A cleaner who cleans all communal areas weekly

The house is situated on a quiet residential street, but is incredibly well connected. Maryland Station (Elizabeth Line) is around a 5-minute walk away, while Westfield and Stratford are approximately 12-15 minutes on foot.

The room is for single occupancy only.
