Lovely modern room to rent!
I am moving out of my room in Stratford and looking for someone to take over the tenancy! It is a lovely modern flat shared with two friendly guys.
The room has a double bed and a wardrobe, potential to buy the chest of drawers as well.
There is also a landing area just outside the room that will be yours to do what you please with! At the moment I use it for my WFH area.
The flat has a living room, kitchen and large terrace area that gets lovely sun. You will share a bathroom with one other tenant. The flat complex also comes with a 24/7 concierge and free gym access.
The price is £1025 per month, plus approximately £140 for bills but this has been less in the summer!
The guys are looking for a nice friendly housemate, male or female, between the ages of 25 and 35.
Move in date would be from the 10th November :)
