Hiya! We have a room available in our 5 bed flat in a converted warehouse. There is a shared kitchen, v spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms.
The flat is a 2 min walk from Abbey Road DLR station, 15 min walk to Stratford, 13 min walk to West Ham.
Currently there are 4 lovely flatmates: Leticia (student, cleaner), Dom (musician, works in nightlife), and Lucas (designer, works in sales in hospitality) all 31, and myself (student and charity worker, 26). It's a super welcoming, friendly and queer space. Also 2 cats, Yoko and Tom!
Rent is £700 + £80-100 bills incl. council tax (Band C Newham) and cleaning of communal spaces.
