Hi! We’re Zo & Kerrin, we’re looking for a new flatmate in our 3 bedroom flat in Maryland (Stratford).

Sadly our flatmate has moved out to live with her boyfriend, and so the room is available officially from the 28th of October (may be an option to move in sooner if needed!)

Rent is £713, bills no more than £100 (max has been £110 in winter)

Shared bathroom w/ Bath/Shower and plenty of storage space

Shared kitchen & living space which we’ve tried to make nice and cosy & homely!

Furnished (but we’ve added some of our own bits like a bookcase, coffee table, shoe rack ect)

Outdoor space shared with other flats - we used it for a barbecue in the summer ☀️

Hallway cupboard with tumble dryer & plenty of room for suitcases/cleaning supplies

15 Minute walk to Stratford Station (Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, Central Line, Overground, DLR & National Rail)

We’re Kerrin & Zo! We’ve been living together for just over 6 months now, we both work in costume in theatre 👗🎭

We enjoy coming home to a cosy space, splitting a bottle of wine or watching a movie together after work 🍾

Kerrin - loves to knit & crochet! enjoys baking, reading a good book with a glass of wine, exploring London & finding green spaces (I’m a country girl at heart)

Zo - loves crafts & painting! enjoys cooking, museums & galleries, anything national trust, red wine & cute days out with an iced coffee (bonus points if there’s a vintage photobooth on the way)

💃 About you!

We’re looking for someone also in their mid twenties who wants more of a home than just a house share!
As we both work in theatre, it would be best suited to someone who also works evenings/nights or is on a similar schedule so we can best enjoy our time together as opposed to being ships in the night
