My flatmate is moving out into her own place 🏡 so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely 2-bed flat in Stratford. The room will be available around 6th November, but a bit of flexibility would be great.

- spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom (no sharing 🤩)
- Partially furnished
- Your own private balcony access, shared with the living room, with great views across London
- Large open-plan kitchen and living room shared between us
- Gym in the building, free for residents
- 24/7 concierge

The room is partially furnished, but my current flatmate also has some furniture she’s looking to get rid of, so there may be an opportunity to get some of it.

💰 Rent & Bills
- Rent: £1000 p/m (water included)
- Other bills split between us — budget approximately £150/month

📍 Location

The flat is around a 10 minute walk from Stratford station (Central, Lizzie, Overground, DLR & national rail services), Westfield, with the Olympic Park practically on your doorstep. There are excellent transport links, shops, restaurants and everything you could need nearby 🚆🛍️🧋

📅 Tenancy

The current tenancy runs until 6th November 2027, so the rent is fixed for the duration of the existing contract. After that, there may be an option to sign a new tenancy at the property, subject to negotiation with the landlord.

A reference check and deposit of £975 will be required in order to transfer the tenancy into your name.

I’m Jessica, 29 and work in Edtech.

i love coffee shop hopping, hot girl walks (& anything wellness related), going for drinks + food, but also cozy nights in with a film/trash tv.

i pretty independent and love alone time so while i enjoy socialising, balance is a must!

🧑🏾‍🩰 what i’m looking for:

someone who would like to make the flat a home. clean & tidy pls! 🧽 ideally their late 20s-mid 30s, friendly + down for a chat/chill (organically) but also happy and comfortable to do their own thing! 🤍

i wfh but usually work from my room & not very fussed whether you wfh or office (flat hunting is hard already without more requirements!!!)

I’m ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long term. If you do need to leave before the end of the tenancy, this is possible subject to finding a suitable replacement and paying the applicable administration fee.
