A double room at Stratford We're looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy full-time working professional to join our warm and welcoming home.

The room is for single/ couples occupancy only. Male or female — both are welcome.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who regularly works away from home and is looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax after work.

Everyone in the house is a working professional, and we keep a calm, easygoing atmosphere where people respect each other's space and routines.
The bathroom/shower room, kitchen is shared, making it convenient and never overcrowded.

For those who smoke, there is a designated smoking area in the balcony. We have a no-party policy, so the house stays quiet and comfortable for everyone.

For couples same applies but the rent will be £1100

As you can see on the pictures the room has no bed due to it been broken, and it’s in the works on getting a new one but if you have a bed I’ll happily give the room for £1000 for couples

We got fast internet - community fibre speed up too 1000 speed so you won’t have problems on loading your favourite show or movies

Deposit can be negotiable, I know London prices are crazy and we want you to feel welcome and save money in any possible way.
