Hey! This room is available from Sat Nov 28th. The flat is a 10 min walk from Stratford station & 20 min walk from Hackney Wick. Rent is £1028 and bills are approx £250 per month. No deposit required as the £28pm is a no deposit scheme.

You’ll have the large bedroom of a 2 bed flat with your own full bathroom. The furnished room is super spacious with a double wardrobe, 3 chest drawers and a shelving unit (and the bed of course!). The living area is open plan with the kitchen and it’s very big. We have a dishwasher, and a washing machine/dryer is out in the storage cupboard in the hall. We have a balcony looking out on to the court yard so you’ll never hear any traffic or noise, which is such a dream!

My flatmate is a 31 year old Scottish professional. Must be clean (for real) and independent but friendly and chill vibes is mega important!

The landlord requires referencing so we will be doing viewings in the first two weeks of November to hopefully start the process quick! Any questions just ask :)
