Hi girls! This is v bittersweet for me 🥹 I am moving out of my apartment that I currently share with 2 other lovely girls to move out of London to save/be closer to my boyfriend.

We live in Olympic Park/East Village side of Stratford in East London. The apartment is new build and quite big, kitchen with lots of storage and dining area, downstairs bathroom, large bright living room with French doors and another dining area. Upstairs has 3 decent sized double bedrooms, one bathroom that you would share with another person, one bedroom that’s taken has an en suite) and then a private rooftop specifically for our apartment. The room comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, chest of drawers, 2 side tables and 2 lamps.

The girls are wonderful, you have Lottie whom works in Insurance and Liv works in Marketing, we’ve built a lovely friendship in the 1.5 years we’ve lived together, we’ve liked hosting dinners as groups and separately, gatherings for birthdays, we like to spend time with each other whether it be out for dinner, walks, gym, drinks but equally have respected each others space. I’m incredibly sad to be leaving them (but I’ll be back to visit 🤭).

5 minute walk to Westfield (dangerous 🛍️!!)

5 minute walk to Stratford underground (central line, Lizzy line, mildway line, national rail, jubilee line, and Stratford international is about 10 minute walk away and has the fast train that takes 7 mins to st pancreas and King’s Cross) - we’ve been so lucky this area is so well connected

2 stops to Liverpool Street station

There’s an M&S foodhall, Morrisons superstore, small sainsburys and a Waitrose nearby

SO many cute brunch and coffee shops

Walking distance to Hackney Wick and Hackney Bridge/Olympic Park and Victoria Park 🍃

Rent is £1000PCM

Bills come to around £140/150 a month

Deposit is £1230.76

Move in - start of December but can be flexible if needed

We’re looking for someone that’s friendly, sounds like the same vibe, clean and preferable over the age of 25. No adverse credit as reference checks will be completed by the agency.
