Minimum stay is 6 months, so the new flatmate must see this flat as a home to live in, not just a place to sleep. We are looking for fun, sociable and a friendly flatmate who is easy to get along with.

This room is spacious and includes a brand new double bed as well as having that brand new feeling.
The flat is just 5 minutes walk from Pudding Mill Lane station and is very close to major bus routes. This makes it easy to get to work quickly or to travel around London.
The famous Westfields Stratford is only 15 minutes walk away, great if you want to catch up with friends for lunch or dinner.

The flat has a communal kitchen, complete with a brand new washing machine. The flat has fast wireless fibre optic broadband so you can stream videos at ease.

ALL bills are all inclusive in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside.

We also have an onsite gym complete with a sauna and steam room, ideal to relax in after a long day at work.
