The Flat:

This is a luxurious maisonette flat spread over two floors (with two bathrooms) so gives you a true feeling of space and is like a house. The flat is definitely more of a home than just a place to crash so you will feel home whilst being away from home!

The kitchen has exceptional wood flooring, is chock-full of premium German (Bosch) appliances and is spacious with a sit-in dining area. There is also a massive American style fridge-freezer.

Getting Around:

The nearest tube stations are Stratford and Plaistow ( 10 min walk) or 3 quick bus stops away, which is on the Central line and will get you to Oxford Street in a few minutes. Alternatively, there's also Jubilee, Hammersmith and District lines within easy reach so the transport links are amazing. In case you decide to go out there's also a few night buses that will bring you straight to the house.

The Area/Local Amenities:

The building has a lovely garden terrace. There is a smashing local pub down the road to quench your thirst, a Morrisons superstore a few minutes away so you'll never go hungry plus Westfield with multiple shopping and eating options so everything you need is there (all within walking distance).

There is a big park a few minutes away (with tennis/basketball courts), which is great in the summer for picnics, or if you like to run.

The financial stuff:

The available double room is a good size and is offered at a fabulous rate of £170 a week and includes ALL BILLS (subject to fair usage) including super fast fibre optic internet so you can watch movies or play video games without any problem. Please be advised if you work primarily from home (or do not work) the rate could differ slightly as bills would be higher. The rate will also differ if it is short-term.
