We are looking for a new tenant in our house share.

We are ideally looking for a female to keep the house balance.

The room is situated on the middle floor.

The House will suit someone working 9-5 to fit in with the schedule of the other house mates. We all work during the week so keep it nice and calm on the weekdays. but like to get together on the weekends.
The house is in a great location, less than a 1-minute walk to the large Morrisons and just a 5-minute to walk to the very well connected Stratford station.

The current tenants are very friendly and generally up for some fun.
Everybody in the house works full time and people are very respectful of each other's space and schedule. Any new tenant would need to be of a similar personality and importantly, be very clean and happy to do their bit around the house.

The house has a very large kitchen with two fridge freezers and cookers. There are 8 bedrooms in the house. There are three floors, each one with its own shower and toilet, so you will not be sharing with a lot of people.

All bills are included in the price of rent.

The house benefits from a cleaner once a week also included in the price of your rent for the communal areas.
