The house has two floors:
On the ground floor is a large kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, plenty of clean storage units, small table and 2 chairs for seating, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas oven with 4 hobs and washing machine. The lounge is converted into a separate bedroom and it has its own bathroom.

On the first floor are three bedrooms (one of which this advert relates to) plus a modern clean bathroom.

Rent is £750 per month payable monthly and includes all the bills listed; Council tax, broadband, water, gas/electricity. Deposit of £600 to be held within a deposit protection scheme with which I am already registered.

No pets please.

Available Sunday 25 October. Finally please note that there is no shared living area apart from the kitchen.

The housemates have arranged for a cleaner to visit the house every fortnight, each person contributes approx £20 a month to this.
