The flat is really airy and bright, and has 2 bedrooms, one modern bathroom, a spacious sitting room with an L shaped sofa and a modern fully fitted kitchen.
The layout of the kitchen is very sociable as it's just above the sitting room, with a glass balustrade so that you can chat to your friends whilst in the kitchen.

Both bedrooms are doubles, with plenty of space for a wardrobe and chest of drawers. One bedroom is a bit bigger than the other one, but both are still good sized doubles.

The flat is ideally suited to a professional couple or two friends who are professionals. There are 2 other flats in the building with very friendly neighbours in them!

Costs would be:
£200 admin fee per person to include referencing, credit checking, right to rent checks, deposit securing and contracts.
£2000 refundable deposit.
£1450 as a month's rent upfront.
There would be an incoming inventory fee of £150. The landlord pays the outgoing inventory fee.
The flat will be professionally cleaned before the new tenants move in, and you would need to get the flat professionally cleaned before you move out.

The contract would be for a year, with a view to either terminating or staying for an additional year after that.
