Large double bedroom in Streatham

Hello,

Large double bedroom will be available for rent from 17th of November in our lovely 5 bedroom house, near Streatham Common park. We are three friendly, quiet and tidy people, who are looking for someone with similar values. We all have busy lives and treat our space as a place, where we come to relax. The room is the largest one in the house.

The house itself is spacious double glazed, central heated, off-road parking, we have large garden with bbq area, big kitchen (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) and bathroom with bath and a shower, fast wireless unlimited broadband throughout. We also have a cleaner, who comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal area.

The house is 15 minutes from Streatham Station and 10 minutes walk from Norbury Railway Station ;20 minutes from central London.
It is very close to local shops and supermarkets and couple of minutes walk from Streatham Common park.
