Hi, we are looking for a, professional female, to join our friendly, creative household. The property is a large, ground floor, garden flat in a huge Edwardian house. We have a great garden and spacious, comfortable lounge. Modern kitchen with built in appliances including washing machine, tumble drier, air-fryer, Nutribullet etc - and a 'wet room' style bathroom. The bedroom has double bed with pocket-sprung mattress, workstation, the room also features bundles of build-in storage space and double glazed, security french doors giving direct access to our fabulous garden.

We are 5 minutes walk from 'Streatham Station' - 5 mins from: 10 bus routes, leisure centre, swimming pool, ice rink, cool cafés/pubs and supermarkets including Aldi and M&S.

Share flat with two creatives - one male photographer, one female musician/illustrator. The room would suit non-smoking female, who would enjoy living in a clean, friendly, creative environment.
