A beautiful double room available in a three bedroom flat with large living room. It is perfect for a short period of time as an in between

The place: it is a large three double bedroom flat with all amenities and a cocker spaniel. The room is a spacious double room with a desk. The room available is currently occupied but will be free from the 1st of November. I own the flat and all the furniture Price is £1000 for a person but negotiable if we find we are a right fit. Rent is all in including bills, council tax, broadband and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

We have a large living room which we have managed to turn into a cinema room and a restaurant during lockdown. The house is very cool in the summer and cosy at winter time. It has a balcony and we love to cook and eat together most days.

Location: we are ten mins away from Brixton station by bus, and on three train lines ( Streatham, Streatham Hill and Streatham comman). We have two great yoga centers, an amazing coffee shop and the Purveyor of great things ( wine and beer) just a walk from our flat

Me: I am a 45 year old chef but now run a charity called Chefs in Schools. Needless to say food, wine and having a bit of fun are all part of how we live

We are looking to live with someone who is fun but tidy, loves dogs, is kind and considerate to others and cares about the environment. Ideally works in hospitality and needs a two / three month stay in a fab household

We keep the communal area clear and tidy at all times
