Single bed available in cosy Streatham flat looking for someone from 25th JANUARY 😁

This is a two bedroom flat, sharing with the current flat mate. Looking for a lovely friendly person to enjoy cups of tea with and have a good chat.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, clothing rail, book shelf and desk( but can removed if needed). There is private access to a small patio with natural light.

You would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a small front garden. We have hallway space as well for another bike and parking to the rear of house.

Streatham is a lovely area with cute cafés,
Bars and tooting park! Really good access to transport; 20 minute train to London Bridge. 5 minute walk to Streatham station, 15 minute walk to Streatham hill and 20minutes to Streatham common. Bus routes near by too!

Students and professionals welcome. I work full time but like to keep weekends busy with yoga, drinks with friends, markets and comedies! I keep the flat tidy but know when life gets busy there will always be a couple of unwashed pots!
