Large double bedroom with king-sized bed in big semi-detached Streatham house. Live in with me and the owner. Share bathroom with only one other tenant (there are three and yours is a big one). Access to full use of large lounge/kitchen and large south-west facing garden.
Must be pet-friendly as we have a dog. Smoking is OK but only downstairs.
It’ll be great for responsible professionals who can do their own thing as honestly, we’re not particularly sociable. But super friendly. We hang out in the other part of the house (yes, it’s that big).
5 mins walk from Streatham High Road where you can literally buy anything. 20 mins bus to Brixton, 10 min bus to Tooting Bec.
