My beautiful friend and housemate is leaving me to buy her own place so I’m looking for someone to join me and my beautiful cat, Valentina. We are located right next to Streatham station (5 mins walk max). The flat is a 2 floor flat with back garden. The flat has one bathroom, separate living room and kitchen. The bedroom for rent fits a double bed and is a medium sized bedroom. Probably not suitable for someone with an extensive wardrobe. I use loft space for things you might wanna store away.
I want whoever lives with me to feel at home and share the space with me.
