Hey, unfortunately one of our house mates is moving out so we have a cute double bedroom available in Streatham.

Rent (excuding bills) is £780pcm
Bills usually come to about £100-150

Move in date: 10th June

This is a lovely attic room and has a built in wardrobe at the bottom of the stairs. It’s upstairs so quiet and has lovely natural light from the velux windows. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 of the girls, it’s a lovely modern bathroom. We also have access to a communal garden which is nice in the summer months.

Your bedroom would come unfurnished but the rest of the flat is already kitted out.

In terms of location this flat is a 5 minute walk from Streatham Station getting you direct trains to Central London in 20 minutes. There are numerous shops around including M&S, Aldi, and Tesco.

Abit about your future flatmates:
I’m Rebekah, I’m 28 and a Paediatric Nurse. I’m tidy, respectful and easy going. Katie is 29 and works as a technology consultant. Shes very fun and loves working out at the gym. We both love pub visits and any reality TV show you can find.
