The property is a spacious 4-bedroom flat spread over two floors. However, one single room is not being rented out, so only 3 people will be living in the flat :)

We keep the flat very clean and tidy, so we’re hoping to find someone who will respect our lovely landlord’s property, keep shared spaces clean.
Quiet hours are important to us, as we all work early and value rest and sleep at home :)

The flat is bright and spacious, with a modern kitchen, reception area, modern appliances, and two bathrooms (one of them very large).
You will be sharing the large bathroom with just one other tenant.
There are 2 fridges in the flat, and you will have one entirely for your own use.

36 y/o lithuanian female (me) — I’ve been living here for over 5 years
31 y/o brazilian male — living here for more than 3 years
We would prefer someone of a similar age who works daytime hours.
