We’re looking for a lovely person to join our warm and welcoming home in Streatham and take over the third double room on our existing tenancy contract with the agency.

The house is bright, spacious, and full of character, with a beautiful garden perfect for relaxing in the warmer months. It’s spread across two floors and includes one main bathroom plus an additional toilet.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Streatham Common, the area offers plenty of green space, cafés, shops, and excellent transport connections into central London.

You’ll be living with two friendly and respectful housemates — one working professionally in music and the other as a consultant. We enjoy music, arts, creativity, and a calm, positive atmosphere at home. We’re sociable and easygoing, while also appreciating personal space and a peaceful environment.
