We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly 3-bed flat in Streatham.

Our home is on the top floor of a Victorian house, split across three levels so it feels more like a house than a flat. The available room is spacious and bright with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and loads of storage.
The flat is fully furnished and has everything you could possibly need — all kitchenware, appliances and furniture are already here, so you can move straight in without worrying about buying anything.

About us 👋🏻
We're Liv and Jess, Liv's lived here for a year and I've been here for over 3 years now. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone similar. Evenings are usually relaxed with a series on Netflix or Prime, a trip to the pub, but are just as happy for people to do their own thing.

- 3–4 mins to Streatham Station, Aldi, M&S and Big Tesco
- 20 mins by bus to Brixton or Tooting for the tube
- 15 mins walk to Streatham Common and Streatham Hill
- 5 mins walk to Streatham and Tooting Commons

- Gas, electric, internet, cleaner and council tax around £100/month
- Deposit is around £1090 but we will confirm with the landlady
- Move-in date 1st July
