1 Bedroom with own bathroom

Hi all, we have a room going in Streatham from 21st July, we are both recent Mountview grads working in the industry, looking to fill our third room. The room has its own bathroom and the flat is located on Barrow road.

It has great transport links including 6 minute walk to streatham common train station (London Victoria, Croydon, london bridge, Peckham) and an 8 minute walk to Streatham station (Blackfriars, London bridge, StPancreas, elephant and castle). There is a direct bus into central London including other bus stops near by, Tooting Bec underground station is a short bus away for easy access to the northern line.

About us:

We both work evenings but are very sociable during the day. We enjoy spending time together watching tv and love the occasional trip to IKEA. We enjoy a clean house and we are always involved is some arts and crafts. We enjoy hosting and meeting new people (the bar cart it always stocked up) bonus points if you love a Toby carvery as much as we do.

The boring bits:
Rent is currently £809 PCM each. Including bills and council tax the rough price is £950 PCM Each which is a steal for the area we are in.
We are looking to move toward relatively quickly let us know if you are interested and can send pictures through. Our landlord has been great and is super easy to communicate with!

Ideally looking for people in the arts/theatre so we are all likeminded with similar schedules!
