Sadly one of our housemates is moving out and we’re looking to replace her with another girl.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, ideally aged 25-30 and employed full time (work from home welcome) to join our home. No students sorry.

👥🐈‍⬛ About Us

You'll be living with 2 boys and 1 girl; Adam 27, Alex 27 and Lauren 25. We all work from home most days as we all have mostly remote jobs.
We're a social, easy going house and enjoy a pub quiz, meal or drink together while respecting each other's space.
You'll also be living with Toots, our cat. She's a sweet girl who enjoys keeping watch over the garden, especially keeping an eye on the fox family who have become our neighbours

She’s not great with other animals unfortunately so we can’t accept anyone with pets 😞

🛏️ The Room

* Bright double room with a large window
* Built-in wardrobe and two drawer units
* £800 per month (bills not included)

🏡 The House

* Semi-detached Victorian house
* Washing machine and dishwasher
* Two toilets (great for the mornings)
* Large bath and large shower
* South-facing garden (lots of sun in the summer)
* Large kitchen with lots of appliances
* Big living room with a tv, between us we have most streaming services (but if you have Disney+ that would be a great addition)
* Free street parking
* Low council tax (big up Wandsworth)
* Lots of local shops within walking distance, plus Aldi and Lidl close by for larger grocery shops

🚆 Transport

* 15 mins walk to Streatham Common Station
* 25 mins walk or 10 mins by bus to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line)
* 2 mins to the nearest bus stop with a 24 hour bus route so you can always get home

Deposit is still tbc with our landlord but would approx be 6 weeks rent at a guess
