Cheap Queen Room in Streatham

Queen size double bed in a shared house in Streatham.
The house is very large, with a big shared living room, a conservatory and a large garden. It's in a lovely residential area with access to Streatham and Norbury stations.

The room itself is petite, but room enough for a Queen size bed, shelves, and any additional furniture if you so desire.

We are looking for a lovely creative/actor to join a household of actors. It sounds like a lot, but generally we are tame and are looking for someone to fit the vibe we have built. Female-presenting preference, but all are welcome to apply. viewings available in-person/online, as the current tenants would love to meet you.

Bills are not included; gas, electric, water, Wifi, council tax (band G) are additional, but come out to between £100-£150/month.

Available from early August, subject to working with the letting agent to change the current contract there. Deposit for the property was split evenly among the 6 of us, but SpareRoom... - we can discuss. :)
