The Space
We are letting out a large, light-filled double bedroom in our lovely 3-bed terraced house, located on a quiet residential road just a 5-minute stroll from Streatham Common.
The room is situated at the back of the house, offering quiet views over the garden. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable ottoman bed (plenty of storage), a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

The Unique Living Situation
This is our primary home, but due to unexpected family circumstances outside of London, we won’t be around most of the time.
* The setup: I will be staying in the house roughly 1 to 3 nights a week. The rest of the time, I am out of London. My partner will rarely, if ever, be staying.
* The perk: This means that for 70% to 90% of the time, you will have the entire house to yourself!
When we aren't there, you will have solo access to the rest of our home (excluding our bedroom), including:
* A spacious double sitting room
* A dedicated study
* A large, fully equipped kitchen
* A small but lovely garden with a seating area—perfect for summer evenings
* 1 main bathroom (with both a bath and a separate shower) + 1 downstairs toilet

About You & Expectations
We have poured a lot of love, time, and care into renovating this house, and it is filled with our personal belongings. Because of this, we aren't just looking for any tenant—we are looking for someone respectful, clean, and conscientious who will treat our home as if it were their own.
To help maintain the house, a cleaner is included every two weeks. In return, we just ask that you:
* Maintain a clean, tidy environment day-to-day.
* Show respect and care for our furniture and belongings.
* Keep the garden watered when the weather gets dry.
Details:
* Rent: £1,400 per month. This is fully inclusive of all utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax, and a bi-weekly cleaner.
* Term: 3 months fixed (perfect for someone transitioning between contracts, digital nomads, or someone trying out the area).
