Hello everyone,

One of our housemates is moving out to live with their friends and their bedroom is now available in our cozy 4-bedroom house, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Streatham, from the beginning of August.

This is a great location, less than 10 minutes from Streatham train station, around 15 minutes from Tooting Bec tube station, various buses and night buses, the High Street, multiple parks, gyms and a lido🙂

The ground floor of our house has a kitchen, a large living and dining room and a small toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom to be shared by three people. Then there is the loft with one room and its own bathroom.

The available room comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and has space to fit a small desk and further shelves/storage. It is a nice, warm room with loads of natural light.

The house is fully equipped, the kitchen has all the essentials, including 3 fridges and a tumble dryer. We have a small garden, which is perfect for a summer BBQ or just some sunbathing. There is also parking space and a garage.

You will be living in a gender-mixed and multinational household (two guys and one girl, aged between 28 and 35). We are all working professionals, easy-going, respectful, and inclusive. One of us is a dog trainer, and has a lovely dog, Kevin, which is one of the cutest and most well-trained dogs you will ever meet.

Bills have always ranged between £120-150 (gas & electricity, water, internet, council tax and cleaning service)
