Hi!
My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone new to take the spare room!
The apartment is a spacious two bed flat with a good-sized living room. The room comes furnished with a double bed, nightstands and large built-in wardrobes.
It’s also just a couple of minutes walk from Tooting Common! Tooting Bec station is around 10 minutes away by bus, and there are supermarkets, a gym and other shops all within a 5–10 minute walk. The area is really nice and fairly quiet too!
A little about me: I’m a VFX Artist working in film and TV, and I’m in the office five days a week. I’m pretty chilled, tidy and respectful. Always happy to have a chat or hang out occasionally, but I also like my own space and respect other people’s.
Looking for someone similarly relaxed and considerate who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just a place to stay!
