Double Room in Streatham House Share

**Please note, I am on holiday and won't be getting back to people until August 26. We will be doing viewings on Sept 6!**

We have a room available in our lovely Streatham house share, available October 1. Our place is close to Streatham high Road with easy transport links into central. The house is spacious, on a quiet road and we have a garden! The room is part furnished - I will be taking my mattress, desk and mirror with me.

Total rent including bills currently comes to £922 per month, but it can vary. Deposit is £923.08.

We are ideally looking for a female working professional / alongside study. You'll be living with 3 lovely ladies between the ages 28-32. Annie works in law, likes music, walking and swimming. Shelley works in wellbeing, plays netball, likes reading and listening to podcasts. Hannah is a teacher who enjoys cooking, going out with friends, music, reading, cinema, and charity shopping.
We enjoy having dinner or a drink together when we can.
