The house is situated in a well-connected neighbourhood with plenty of shops, cafés, and gyms nearby. It's the perfect place to settle in and explore the best of South West London. 👏

The house is a 5-minute walk to Streatham Common station, getting you to Balham in 5mins, Clapham in 10 mins, and London Victoria in 20mins.

THE HOME 🏡
This beautifully refurbished six-bedroom house is thoughtfully spread over three floors, designed with comfort in mind. It features a spacious kitchen and living area with all appliances and utensils ready to use—ideal for meals and socialising. 🥂
