I am renting a double bedroom (furnished) including your own bathroom (not ensuite but with a big bath tub) in Streatham (5 min walk from the bus and train station).
The flat and rooms are big and nicely decorated with all appliances including dishwasher, washing mashing & drier, espresso machine & microwave.
Its a new flat in a new building (from 2014) with 24-hour concierge next to a massive Tesco.
What about me? I am a social and friendly gay guy that enjoys both a quite night in watching a good movie and a night out with friends.
I love film, music, theatre, traveling, and good chats... but I also respect privacy and impendence.
The flat will be available Mid/End December (TBC) because my lovely flatmate is leaving due to moving closer to his new job.
