Lovely en-suite room in friendly Streatham House

We’re looking for someone lovely to take over a room in our friendly house in Streatham!

The room is £800 per month, with bills bringing the total to approximately £900–£920 pcm. One of the biggest perks is that the room comes with its own private en-suite, so no sharing a bathroom!

The house & housemates

You’ll be moving into a lovely, welcoming house with a great bunch of housemates (one girl, one guy). Everyone is friendly, easygoing and respectful, and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit in and make themselves at home. Most of us work in the office during the week, so the house tends to be fairly quiet during the day, but it’s a nice, sociable place to come home to.

Luke - Mid (to late) 30’s working professional partial to arts and crafts, trip to the pub and binging on a series. Like a home being a home for all with social and chilled vibes.

Jo (39) - Originally from London and works in sales. Likes being chilled at home but also trips to the pub. Loves Halloween so expect October decorations.

Location & transport

The house is really well located for getting around South London and into central London:

* Around 10 minutes’ walk to Streatham station, with direct trains to London Bridge, Farringdon and Elephant & Castle.
* Around 10 minutes’ walk to the big Tesco in Streatham for your weekly shop.
* Just 10 minutes by bus to Tooting, with all its great pubs, restaurants, bars and shops.
* Great bus connections and plenty of local amenities nearby.

We’re really keen to find someone friendly, considerate and easygoing who’ll enjoy being part of the house. It’s a great place to live, with lovely people and everything you need close by.
