We are three semi professionals, who are looking for a flatmate to share our five bedroom house with, near Streatham Common park.
The house is spacious double glazed, central heated, it has got off-road parking, large garden with bbq area, dining room, big kitchen (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) and bathroom with bath and a shower, fast wireless unlimited broadband throughout.
We are looking for a friendly professional, who is a non smoker.
The house is 20 minutes from Streatham Common rail station and 10 minutes walk from Norbury railway station and 20 minutes from central London.
It is very close to local shops and supermarket and couple of minutes walk from Streatham Common park.
