Single, Clean & Peaceful Room with a Garden View

Hello,

We are seeking a female for our quiet, west-facing single room overlooking a private garden.

The room contains a single bed, clean and firm orthopedic mattress, single wardrobe, chest drawer, and a storage box/seat.
The large kitchen has all the necessary cooking appliances. Each person has two large storage cupboards. There are two fridges. The Single room shares a large fridge freezer with one other. Separate bathroom and WC. The property has a large garden with a pond, an ideal space for nature lovers, meditation or yoga types.

All bills are included in the rent, except for the TV licence.

Very handy is a Lidl supermarket is directly opposite to the property.

Artur has been living here for one year. He is very busy gym goer, and we only really see him in the evenings or on his day off on Sunday. Rownok has been living here for 7 months, she has a really easy, friendly and calm energy. We are house-proud and we take weekly turns with the cleaning chores of the communal areas. Although it is a rental, our place feels more like a home. It is important to us that we find a like-minded person.

The landlady, an artist, with her cat live at the bottom of the property. Handy if anything needs sorting, but not intrusive and respects privacy and personal space.
