After two great years of living together, my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, which means I’m on the lookout for someone as equally awesome to fill her spot!

I'm looking for a nice, friendly and sociable person to move in. This is a very homey house with cottage vibes and a nice outdoor garden. It would be great to find someone that's really happy to have a chilled one (wine in the garden or dinner and movies) but also has their own social life and enjoys the odd weekend away with friends (as do I).
