Hello! I am looking for three friendly, easy-going professionals to join my home in Streatham. I am hoping to find housemates who value a peaceful, tidy environment and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

A Little About Me
I work in healthcare with a hybrid schedule, so I am in and out during the week. Outside of work, I stay active at the gym, playing volleyball, or exploring local green spaces. I love trying new restaurants, but I am just as happy winding down at home with a good meal and a show. I am laid-back and easy to live with; my main priority is keeping our home a calm, clean sanctuary for everyone.

The Space
I have three gorgeous, sun-filled double rooms available in a well-kept 4-bedroom house. To keep the home running smoothly, a weekly cleaner is included for all communal areas.

The Rooms

Room 1 (Ground Floor): Spacious, light-filled, and very peaceful.

Room 2 (First Floor): A bright, quiet sanctuary with lovely views.

Room 3 (First Floor): Airy and gorgeous with plenty of natural light and storage.

All rooms come fully furnished with comfy double beds and wardrobes, with plenty of space for a desk. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can also offer them unfurnished. The three rooms share one large, modern bathroom.

This is a space for professionals who enjoy coming home to a nice environment. Think morning coffees in the garden, cozy evenings in the lounge, and a kitchen-diner that is a great place to cook.

Total Cost: £1,000/month (Rent £850 + £150 for all bills, Wi-Fi, and cleaner).
