One Spacious Double Room in Friendly, Well-Kept Streatham Home.

A lovely, spacious double room is becoming available in our friendly, well-kept home, just a short walk (7-8 minutes) from Streatham Common station.

The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with three friendly, tidy professionals: two women (one working in healthcare and one in government) and one guy (working in IT/security). It’s a relaxed, social, and well-organised home where everyone is happy to chat and catch up, but we are all very respectful of each other's routines and space. We are looking for a professional woman to join the household and keep the great dynamic going!

The Room
The available room is a spacious, bright double with large windows and plenty of natural light.

Furnished or Unfurnished: Comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed and wardrobe, with plenty of space for a desk if you work from home. Can also be left unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own things.

Quiet & Warm: Double glazed, warm, and quiet.

Bathroom: Shared with just two other housemates.

We arrange a weekly professional cleaner for all communal areas and really value keeping the home clean and pleasant to live in, so we’re looking for someone who naturally does the same. This isn't a party house, just a lovely space for busy professionals who like coming home to somewhere nice.

Great transport links make it a brilliant spot if you work in central London:

7-8 minute walk to Streatham Common station

Direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria, East Croydon, Epsom Downs, and Shepherd’s Bush (Westfield)

1 stop to Balham for the Northern line

When you're not commuting, you have Streatham Common, The Rookery, and Tooting Common nearby, plus great local cafés, gyms, and supermarkets right on your doorstep. There is also easy parking on the road.

Rent/Bills: Rent is £850/month. Bills are approximately £150 per month.
