Our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we are looking for someone to join our home 🏠

The room:
Large double bedroom on the second floor. Comes with:
- Bed frame & Matress
- ⁠chest of drawers
- ⁠wardrobe
(Bedside table, storage cube and desk not provided)

The house & location:
The house is 4 bed end of terrace semi detached, with large open plan living diner, as well as outdoor space and free parking. There’s a downstairs WC and lots of storage! It’s less than 2 minutes away from Streatham common station which has links to balham (4 mins), Clapham junction (12 mins), Victoria (20 mins) and London Bridge (30 mins). Also great bus links to Brixton (25 mins).

The house mates:
You will be sharing with myself (26) Akshay (27) and Kea (24). Working in real estate, the charity sector and music industry. We love socialising together (drinks, nights outs, movies, occasional house parties etc) but we all have different working schedules and very much do our own thing also. Looking for someone who’s a similar vibe and likes to keep the space clean and tidy

- Females preferred, ideally aged between 23-30
- £780 monthly rent
- ⁠£120 bills approx (inc water, G&E, WiFi, council tax)
- £825 deposit payable to tenant moving out
- 17th May move in date (can be flexible)
- Please note that we are on a rolling contract
