Looking for a gal who would love to join us in our home, unfortunately our other housemate is leaving but because she manage to buy a house, oh yeahh🫶🏼🫶🏼

Room is available to move in the from the first week of July - this may change to mid as it’s passing over of keys for our house to leave for her new place x so flexi is best x

You’ll be living with me (27) and Holly (25) both chatty girls who love going for drinks & coffee but also love our own time too and often find ourselves in our rooms watching tv, so there’s a good balance 🫶🏼

Spacious ground floor flat with separate kitchen, large living room and large bathroom. You open the front door and the common is right infront of us and we also have access to a big shared garden 🪴

5 minute walk to Streatham Station, or 15 min walk to Streatham Common. Tesco, M&S, Aldi and Sainsburys all near by with cute coffee shops near too!
