I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in Streatham from early August. I'm sad to leave (only moving out as moving in with my partner!), as it's a beautiful house, living with 3 really fab girls.

ℹ️Basic info:
- Move in date August 7th
- As per the new renters right act, tenancy is rolling
- £846.25/ month
- Bills each tend to be £40 for council tax, £7 for water, and gas and electricity varies from £17-£40 (summer/winter)
- Deposit £825
- Landlord is very chill and responsive with any repairs

❤️Flatmates/vibe:
- Current housemates are 3 professional girls in late 20s - early 30s
- It's a homey vibe, and everyone is really friendly, but also super respectful of each other and our space

🛌The room:
- Double room, with loads of storage
- Comes with double bed, 2 built in wardrobes, 2 built in cupboards, small set of shelves, I'm happy to leave my desk also
- Loads of natural light from bay window
- Space to easily wfh in the room if you prefer
- You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other girl (with large bath, and rainfall shower)

- Spacious open-plan living area
- Kitchen and dining space, with breakfast bar, and plenty of cupboard space
- 2 large fridges, washing machine
- Small spare bedroom on the same floor as your room (for storage/ guests/wfh)
- Spare bathroom for guests downstairs
- 2 other en-suite bedrooms on other floors, and 1 other bedroom on the same floor as you
- Private garden that gets great sunlight, with washing line and shed (and some recently purchased garden furniture/BBQ!)

🚄Transport links
- Streatham common station is a 5 min walk
- Direct trains to Victoria (20 mins), Clapham Junction (11 mins), London Bridge (30 mins), Balham (5 mins)
- Bus stop at end of road with direct routes to Brixton, Camberwell, Morden

🌳The area:
- Located on a quiet residential road
- Lots of green space nearby, including a short walk to both Tooting Common and Streatham Common
- Two local supermarkets and a lovely pub nearby
- Loads of big supermarkets within walking distance
- Walking distance to Streatham High Road, lots of cafes, supermarkets, gyms, bars, cinema
