Double bed room with ensuite bathroom

Hi, we are renting one of the bedrooms in our Victorian house. The house is a 5/6 bedroom property and my partner and I live in it (45 and 54 years old males). Additionally, we have a tenant (30 years old girl) that is renting the top floor bedroom. We have finished renovating another bedroom and we are now in a position to rent this.
The arrangement is that you will be renting the bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shared access to the top floor kitchen and living room. You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with the tenant. We (the landlords) have a separate kitchen and living room at the ground floor.
The property is located on a quiet road 5-10 mins from either Streatham Common station or Streatham station. It is a lovely area.
We are all professionals with full time jobs and are looking for a tenant who is professional, likes their privacy but also happy to have the occasional get together, lunch dinner or whatever :)
No smokers allowed, no couples
All bills are included

Please note that the bedroom is large enough for a desk with chair and a chest of drawers but happy to discuss with new tenant what furniture they would like to have in the room. Also, there are 3 wardrobes included which you can see in the corridor photo, opposite the door to the bathroom.
