Double with private living room and nice dog 😀

We have a double room with ensuite loo/shower looking out over our garden in streatham common. You would also have your own living room (rather than shared) and then share the kitchen with us. It's a great area near the common, just a few minutes from the train and nice coffee shop and deli nearby.

We are a tech lawyer and boat lawyer, and we live with our lovely basset hound called pig. We are pretty relaxed people, have friends around from time to time but not big partiers. We love traveling and sailing and spend a fair amount of time on my parents farm in the isle of Wight.

We also have Wills cousin staying with us a few nights a week (hence the three housemates), but is rarely here at weekends.

There are no parking restrictions on our road and always parking spaces around if you have a car.

Looking for a person to join us - bills included (which includes a weekly cleaner). If you are a couple then price adjusted to £1250 to reflect bills.
