Offering a big double room 5 mins walk from Streatham Common station (20 mins direct to Victoria) and ‘between the commons’ of Streatham and Tooting.

Shared with two lovely girls (both professionals working in museums and parks) and with my cat. House has a living room, conservatory, garden and garage.

Looking to sublet while I travel for a few months - all confirmed with landlord.

Want someone who is warm and kind, as we have built a nice home where we can relax after work 😊

The room will be furnished with my stuff however, I will make space by putting away my clothing (so the prospective tenant can add their stuff), just may have some stuff leftover, eg my bookshelf, some tat on top of the cupboards, etc.
