This is a short-term let within an owner-occupied home, so it’s more of a relaxed lodger arrangement rather than a typical house share.

Travel
The house is conveniently located just a 10–12 minute walk from Streatham Common and Mitcham Eastfields stations, with around 20-minute train journeys into Victoria and London Bridge.

There are also great bus links nearby:

45 to Morden/Brixton
255 and 60 to Streatham (with fast trains to King’s Cross) or Purley
Around 15–20 minutes to Croydon University Hospital

No parking restrictions if you have a car.

The Area
You’ll find plenty of great local pubs, restaurants, shops, and amenities close by – everything you need within easy reach.
