Double room in homely house

Hi I'm looking for a female sharer to rent a room in my home. Ideal for someone who would like a peaceful space.

The room has a double bed and plenty of storage: wardrobe and 6 chest of draws.
All bills are included in the rent. Broadband is with Community Fibre.
You will be sharing with just me in my three bed house.
Theirs a good size kitchen/dinning, sitting room and a nice secluded garden.

I work from home as a graphic designer/Yoga teacher so ideally the person needs to be in a 9-5 job. But one day working from home a week is fine.

Also I have a little Cavapoo dog called Ziggy so it would be best suited to a dog lover.

It's a good area with Tooting Bec Common a short walk away, Tooting Broadway, Streatham, Balham and Brixton for socialising and we have some local cafes shops and restaurants on
Moyser Road.

Walking distance to Streatham Common railway station (into Victoria, London Bridge) great transport links. Also near to Tooting Broadway, Tooting Bec tube stations.
