The Development
Rowan Park is a private development just off Rowan Park Road with a community green incorporating a running / cycle path and a bridged duck pond. Residents are a mix of families and professionals, there are twice yearly resident's socials and an online community.

The Location
The House is close to both Streatham Common and Mitcham Eastfields train stations with trains to Victoria (19 mins), Blackfriars (26 mins) and London Bridge (30 mins). There is a bus stop right outside the development which goes to both stations in about 5 mins.. We are close to Mitcham and Streatham Commons and a short bus ride to Croydon.

The House
This is a large, modern town house over 3 floors. with lots of space to work from home. There are 3 large double bedrooms and a bedroom / office with balcony which we also use as a second living room.

The ground floor has a large, modern kitchen diner, separate living room leading out to the garden with a lovely patio.

Private parking space available if required.

The Room 16'10'' x 9'10''
The top floor room is clean and bright with large windows looking over the garden, carpeted with large built in mirrored wardrobes and a lovely ensuite shower room.

There is a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and a large chest of drawers with plenty of space for you to add a desk.

The Housemates
We are a friendly, fun professional couple who are both working full time. We have a lovely group of friends and although our partying days are well and truly behind us, we will, from time to time host dinner parties / BBQ's / Sunday brunch.

Our Ideal Housemate
We are looking for someone who is fun, friendly and respectful who is looking for a home rather than just a house. Someone balanced who both values being sociable with the household and is respectful of each other's space. We wouldn't consider renting the room to a couple.

What's included in the Rent?
The Rent includes broadband, television licence and the services of our lovely cleaner. Windows are cleaned every two months.

Process
Initially we would like to invite you to do a virtual viewing of the house and to talk through all the detail.

If it looks like we are a good match we'll invite you to come see the room in person and answer any questions you might have.

Finally if we are in agreement we would need you to provide ID, 3 months Pay Slips, excellent professional and personal references before we sign a tenancy agreement and arrange a move in date.
